JOB DUTIES:
- Proficient in inspecting, troubleshooting, and performing repairs on aircraft structures
- Ability to interpret technical procedures, AMM and SRM, blueprints, company policies and procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interpret safety guidelines and operating manuals
- Competence in basic math tasks
- Close vision for reading labels, distance vision for observing arriving aircraft, color vision for identifying color-coded labels, peripheral vision for monitoring environmental activity, depth perception for marshalling and towing aircraft, and the ability to adjust focus when writing
- Physical capabilities, including standing, walking, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching with hands and arms, using hands to finger, handling, or feeling objects
- Proficiency in performing repetitive tasks
- Comfort working in potentially noisy environments and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Capability to work near moving mechanical parts and aircraft
- Maintain a clean work area
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a valid Airframe and Powerplant license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft
- Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks
- Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge
- Ability to work various shifts, overtime, and/or after-hour call outs will be occasionally required

- Sign-off on the maintenance actions that are taken
- Ability to tow aircraft
- Ability to maintain a clean work area
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned

- FAA mechanic’s certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
